OK...

If you know your Username then this one is simple.

1) Click on the words Log In at the top of the first page you come to after clicking on the "Forums" link from the website... It looks like this -> "Welcome Guest ( Log In | Register )"

2) In the pink section you will see a link: "I've forgotten my password! Click here!"

3) Click the "Click Here" and follow the instructions.
a) You will be asked to enter your Username
You will input the security code the screen tells you to input
c) Click "Proceed"

4) Our automated system will now send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you used to register. (This usually happens pretty instantly)... The e-mail will contain instructions to reset your password!
