TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

LiquaTile 1187 is a 100% solids, thick film Advanced Hybrid lining system designed for general use as a protective lining for swimming pools, aquatic environments, domestic waste water facilities, and other mildly aggressive immersion chemical environments. LiquaTile 1187 excellent resistance to these environments while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. LiquaTile 1187 was designed to be a high density (low porosity) lining system. It is a natural choice for aquatic environments as well as USDA & FDA Inspected facilities, clean rooms and other areas where a smooth easy to clean surface is desired.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, undamaged, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult the surface preparation section contained in the Application instructions.
