TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

LiquaTile 1142 is a 100% solids, AHC (Advanced Hybrid Cycloaliphatic) amine-cured self leveling epoxy floor coating which exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. It is a full ceramic version of LiquaTile 1184. LiquaTile Epoxy Floor Coatings are designed for concrete service such as warehouse flooring, machine pads, pharmaceutical processing areas, USDA inspected facilities, and chemical processing areas.

  • LiquaTile 1142 is available in four different formulations:
  • LiquaTile 1142 UVR (Increased UV Resistance)
  • LiquaTile 1142 UVR-FC (UVR with Faster Cure)
  • LiquaTile 1142 CHR (Increased Chemical Resistance)
  • LiquaTile 1142 CHR-FC (CHR with Faster Cure)

APPLICATION DATA SUMMARY

See Application Instructions for complete information on surface preparation, equipment, environmental conditions, application procedures, and safety precautions. For conditions outside the specifications or limitations described, contact Wolverine Coatings Corporation for details.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, undamaged, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult the surface preparation section contained in the Application instructions.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read the Safety Data Sheet carefully before use. Safety precautions in the SDS should be carefully followed during storage, handling and use. Improper use and handling can be hazardous to health and cause fire or explosion.
