LiquaTile 1143 is a 100% solids, AHC (Advanced Hybrid Cycloaliphatic) amine-cured self leveling epoxy floor coating which exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. It is a full ceramic version of LiquaTile 1184. LiquaTile Epoxy Floor Coatings are designed for concrete service such as warehouse flooring, machine pads, pharmaceutical processing areas, USDA inspected facilities, and chemical processing areas.
LiquaTile 1143 is available in four different formulations:
- LiquaTile 1143 UVR (Increased UV Resistance)
- LiquaTile 1143 UVR-FC (UVR with Faster Cure)
- LiquaTile 1143 CHR (Increased Chemical Resistance)
- LiquaTile 1143 CHR-FC (CHR with Faster Cure)
APPLICATION DATA SUMMARY
LiquaTile 1143 is mixed on site and applied with a notched trowel, squeegee, roller or airless spray to create a smooth, glossy floor. LiquaTile 1143 can also be applied to properly prepared steel surfaces without the need for surface primers or other types of secondary bonding agents in most cases.
Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces should have been properly prepared and primed, must be clean, dry, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult Wolverine Coatings Corporation or your authorized Wolverine representative.
Read the Material Safety Data sheet carefully before use. Safety precautions in the MSDS should be carefully followed during storage, handling and use. Improper use and handling can be hazardous to health and cause fire or explosion.
