TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

OilEater 0939 is an environmentally friendly, general purpose, microbial digester. The microbes in OilEater 0939 are specifically cultivated to consume (when in contact) aromatic hydrocarbons, paraffin, and grease, as well as gasoline, motor oil, diesel fuel, and other common oil based contaminants, leaving a surface free of (oil based) contaminants and hazardous residue. Do not confuse this product with typical degreasers and cleaners which break up surface materials, but leave contaminants in porous surfaces, such as concrete. The microbes in this product are living organisms and will ‘eat’, and continue to ‘eat’, until there is no more ‘food’. As long as the microbes can get to ‘food’, they will ‘eat’, penetrating deeply into the surface. When the ‘food’ supply is depleted, the microbes go dormant, and can be rinsed down any drain.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Environmentally friendly way to eliminate oil, even from porous surfaces
  • Safe: Biodegradable water-based formula

RECOMMENDED USAGE

APPLICATION DATA SUMMARY

See Application Instructions for complete information on surface preparation, equipment, environmental conditions, application procedures, and safety precautions. For conditions outside the specifications or limitations described, contact Wolverine Coatings Corporation for details.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, undamaged, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult the surface preparation section contained in the Application instructions.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read the Safety Data Sheet carefully before use. Safety precautions in the SDS should be carefully followed during storage, handling and use. Improper use and handling can be hazardous to health and cause fire or explosion.
